When you try to open Business Manager, you may be prompted to enter network or administrator credentials. This stops you from accessing the system, even if your Business Manager username and password are correct.
Business Manager is usually installed on a server or a single main computer.
If your organisation has more than one licence, you access Business Manager through a shared folder on the network. That shared location requires network administrator credentials.
If your computer can’t automatically access that shared folder, Windows asks you to enter admin or network credentials before Business Manager can open.
To resolve this, you need to:
Contact your manager, internal IT, or the person responsible for your IT setup.
Ask them to provide the network administrator credentials, or to give your user account access to the shared folder.
