Locally hosted Business Manager
Follow these steps for checks to carry out for locally hosted Business Manager:
Check the desktop for a Mileage Rectifier shortcut.

Log in to Mileage Rectifier.
Click File and Open.
Browse to the Business Manager main folder:
C:\Program Files\iCareHealth\BusinessManager.
or \\ServerName\iCareHealth\BusinessManager.
Open the Mileage Rectifier Rule folder, if it exists.
If you still can’t find it, search the entire iCareHealth folder.
Entrust hosted Business Manager
Follow these steps for checks to carry out for Entrust hosted Business Manager:
Log in to Mileage Rectifier.
Click File and Open.
On the left, browse to the shared drive named User_X.
📌 Note: X represents the user number.
Browse to: \Settings\Application Data\BusinessManager.
Open the Mileage Rectifier Rule folder, if it exists.
If it isn’t there, search the whole folder.
If the rule doesn’t exist
If the rule doesn't exist, create a new Mileage Rectifier rule.
