If you’re Access Hosted, you might find that you can’t upload or save files directly to your computer when importing or exporting data. This is expected behaviour in the hosted environment and usually happens when you try to use Desktop in the browser window.
When the system asks you to choose where to open or save a file, follow these steps:
On the left side of the browser window, click Local Disk (C:).
Open the Users folder.
Open the folder that matches your Windows username.
Open Desktop.
📌 Note: You don’t have to use your Desktop. After opening your Windows user folder, choose the folder that best suits where you normally store files.
Import files from this location, or save exported files here.
