Data export templates allow you to extract data in a predefined format. The support team usually provides templates that must be installed before use.
To install a data export template, follow these steps:
Save the data export template files provided by support to your desktop.
Open the application.
Click Settings, then click Data Export.
At the bottom, click Template options.
Click Install from file.
Browse to the template file saved in step 1 and click Open.
After installation
Once the data export template has been installed, you can expect that:
The new template appears in the Selected Template list.
The template is now ready to use for data exports.
