If documents or templates aren’t loading correctly, the document storage paths may need to be updated or reconfigured. These paths tell the system where to store and access uploaded documents and templates.
⚠️ Important:
Document and template paths must point to a shared folder.
The location must be accessible to all users on the network.
The shared folders are usually located within the application folder on a dedicated machine.
To configure document and template paths, follow these steps:
Click Settings, then click Document Paths and Templates.
Next to Documents Storage Path, click the three‑dots icon.
Browse to the shared folder where documents are stored.
Click OK.
Next to Templates Path, click the three‑dot icon.
Browse to the shared folder where templates are stored.
Click OK to save.
Once updated, the system uses these paths to load and store documents and templates correctly.
