Reset your password on CHS hosting

In this article, we explain how to reset or change your password for the CHS‑hosted Business Manager site.

You may need to reset your password if it’s expired, you’ve forgotten it, or you can’t log in to the CHS‑hosted Business Manager site. Password changes are done using the Hosted Logon Self‑Service site.

You'll need your username and access to the email linked to your account to do this.


Reset or change your password

Use these steps if your password has expired, you’ve forgotten it, or you’re locked out:

  1. Enter your username.

  2. From the Domain drop-down list, click CAREMANAGER.

  3. Follow the on‑screen steps.

  4. Check your email and follow the link to reset your password.

Once reset, use the new password to log in to the hosted Business Manager site.


If you get an error

If you see an error or the reset fails:

  • Make sure you’re using the exact link above.

  • Check that CAREMANAGER is shown as the domain.

  • Confirm you entered your username correctly.
