Set up RemoteApp for CHS Hosting access

In this article, we explain how to set up RemoteApp so you can log in to Business Manager in one action.

If you use CHS Hosting, you can simplify how you access Business Manager by setting up RemoteApp. This lets you open Business Manager directly using a desktop shortcut instead of logging in through several steps each time.

To set up RemoteApp, follow these steps:

  1. In the Windows search box, type RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

    🤓 Tip: Make sure you type RemoteApp as one word.

  2. Open RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

  3. Click Access RemoteApp and desktops.

  4. In the Email address or connection URL field, enter: https://caremanager.accessacloud.com/RDWeb/feed/webfeed.aspx

  5. Click Next.

  6. When prompted to confirm creation, click Next.

  7. Enter your CHS Hosting username and password.

  8. Select the Remember my credentials checkbox if you want to avoid entering them each time.

  9. Click OK to continue.

  10. When you see the confirmation message, click Finish.


Create a desktop shortcut

To create a desktop shortcut, follow these steps:

  1. Open Control Panel.

  2. Click RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.

  3. Click View Resources.

  4. Right‑click the required program.

  5. Click Send to, then click Desktop (Create shortcut).

You can now start Business Manager directly from the desktop shortcut.
