You may see a message stating 'Log on attempt failed' when connecting via Remote Desktop if Windows Security is trying to use saved or incorrect credentials.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
Copy and paste your password to check there are no extra spaces at the start or end.
On the Windows Security screen, click More choices.
Click Use a different account.
Enter the same username and password you use to sign in to the Access Hosting Services Applications page.
Click OK.
Wait for the RDP session to load fully until the Business Manager login screen appears.
Sign in to Business Manager as usual.
