User passwords can be reset if a user has forgotten their password, needs their credentials updated, or has been locked out of the system.
To reset a user password, follow these steps:
⚠️ Important: To follow the steps you must have supervisor permissions or be a root user.
Click Settings, then click Security.
Click on the relevant user from the drop‑down at the top.
Right‑click the username, then click Properties.
Click Change password.
Enter and confirm the new password, then click OK.
Click OK again to close User Properties.
The user can now sign in using the new password.
