You may need to reset mileage to zero if the mileage was calculated incorrectly or needs to be cleared for a specific date range.
To reset mileage using Mileage Rectifier, follow these steps:
Log in to Mileage Rectifier, then click Add.
Click Reset adjustment rule.
In the left‑hand column, click Reset.
In the right‑hand column, set all fields to True.
Click Run.
Enter the required date range.
Click Start.
Mileage Rectifier recalculates the visits and resets mileage to zero for the selected period.
Confirm mileage has reset
To confirm the mileage has reset, follow these steps:
Review the calculation results shown after the process completes.
Check a sample of visits to confirm mileage now shows as zero.
Once completed, you can recalculate mileage again if needed using your normal mileage calculation process.
