Global generation allows you to create future visits and shifts for multiple groups in one action. This is typically used for forward booking to ensure schedules are created in advance.
To generate visits and shifts, follow these steps:
Click Bookings, then click Book Visits.
By default, all groups are selected.
🤓 Tip: To change this, click Select and choose the required groups.
Enter the date in the Create visits up to field.
Ensure both these options are selected:
Book / Generate Shifts.
Book / Generate Visits.
Click Create Visits.
Confirm the generation
To confirm the generation, you can expect that:
Progress is shown in the bottom panel during processing.
When complete, a message displays:
The number of visits created.
The time taken to complete the process.
Visits and shifts are now available for the selected date range and groups.
