Visits and shifts shown on Mobile Care Worker are synced from the main schedule. If changes made to visits or shifts aren’t reflected, the schedule may need to be re-published and synced again.
Re-publish the schedule
To republish the schedule, follow these steps:
Click Mobile, then click Settings.
Click Re‑publish Schedule.
Wait 10–20 minutes for the schedule to process.
Ask the care worker to sync their Mobile Care Worker app.
Check visits and shifts
Incorrectly created visits or shifts can result in unexpected or incorrect data appearing on Mobile Care Worker.
If the issue continues after syncing:
Confirm the visits and shifts are correctly created in the system.
Check:
Correct dates and times.
Correct care worker allocation.
No overlapping or incorrectly structured shifts.
Allow time for updates
Changes can take up to 30 minutes to fully reflect on mobile devices.
Ensure the care worker has a stable internet connection when syncing.
Once the schedule is re-published and synced successfully, visits and shifts align correctly between the system and Mobile Care Worker.
