If your pay run produces an unexpected or incorrect value, this may be because workers are being paid by visit type and the pay rates aren’t set up as expected.
By default, Business Manager pays workers by visit type: (none). This means visits are only paid correctly if the visit types and pay rates are set up and linked properly.
If you want to pay different rates for different visit types, you need to configure this in Pay Rates.
