You can add a visit note to record additional information about a visit, including visits that have an exception. This helps keep a clear record for future reference.
To enter a visit note, follow these steps:
Click Bookings.
Find the Work with Visit section.
Double‑click the required visit to open Visit Properties.
Click Events.
Click New.
Enter the visit note.
Click OK to save.
🤓 Tip: The visit note appears under clients history once it’s saved.
