You can use a report to review how visit offers are being sent to mobile workers and how those offers are responded to. This helps you understand allocation activity and worker engagement.
To view the mobile visit offer report, follow these steps:
Click Reports from the left‑hand menu.
Click General.
Click Group, then click Mobile.
From the report list, click Mobile Visit Offer.
The report opens and displays the visit offer activity based on the selected data.
The Mobile Visit Offer report displays:
How many visits have been offered to each mobile worker.
How many visit offers have been accepted.
How many visit offers have been refused.
How many offer to actions have been used when allocating a call.
