You may receive a new license key if your license is about to expire or if you’ve changed your products or user numbers. The new key is sent by email from our finance team with the subject: iCareHealth (UK) Ltd Activation Key – Business Manager.
Before you start, make sure you have the activation email open so you can copy the license key.
There are two ways to enter a new license key. The steps depend on why the key was issued.
Option 1: Your license expires within 14 days
If your license is due to expire in the next 14 days, you’ll see a warning when you log in to Business Manager.
Click the warning message.
The license key field opens automatically.
Copy the long number from the email.
Paste it into the License key field.
Click OK.
Option 2: New license due to product or user changes
Use this option if you’ve added users or changed your licensed products.
⚠️ Important: To follow the steps, you must have the Modify permission for Settings.LicenseManager.
Log in to Business Manager as root, or as a user with the right permissions.
Click Settings, then click License Manager.
Next to Business Manager, click Add key.
Copy the license key from the email and paste it into the field, or type it in.
Click OK.
