You can send invoice reports by email once invoices have been generated and client contact details are set up correctly. Before starting, make sure email settings are configured so messages can send successfully.
To email invoice reports to clients, follow these steps:
In the Invoice Run properties window, click Email.
Click Clients.
🤓 Tip: Only clients with an email address saved on their general details or billing contact appear.
Choose the clients to email, or use the top checkbox to select all.
Click Email at the bottom of the window.
Check the Progress status bar to see how many emails have been sent and how many are pending.
Once all emails are sent, close the window.
