Users may find that parts of Business Manager aren’t fully visible. This can include missing buttons, incomplete screens, or details not showing, such as in General Details. This usually happens because of DPI or display compatibility settings on the computer.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
Right‑click the Business Manager desktop shortcut.
Click Properties.
Click Compatibility.
Click Change high DPI settings.
Select the Override high DPI scaling behaviour checkbox.
Click Scaling performed by, then click System.
Click OK.
Click Apply, then click OK.
