You can add additional checks in rostering to make sure client scores are reviewed during the rostering process. These checks help highlight potential issues before shifts are assigned.
To add a client score check, follow these steps:
Log in using a root account.
Click Settings from the left‑hand menu.
Click Rostering Check.
Review the existing checks listed at the top of the screen.
Click Add at the bottom of the checks screen.
In the Add Check window, enter the required Name for the client score check.
Click OK to save.
Repeat these steps to add any additional rostering checks.
