Alerts not appearing in Business Manager

In this article, we explain how to create action alerts and assign them to users.

Action notifications let users receive alerts from specific areas of the system. You control which alerts are available and which users receive them by using Action Groups and subscriptions.

Create an action group

To create an action group, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as root.

  2. Click Settings, then click Action Management.

  3. In Action Subscriptions, Click +.

  4. Click on the newly created Action Group.

  5. Select the Subscribed checkbox for each Action Type you want to generate alerts for.


Assign alerts to users

  1. At the top of the screen, click Action User Subscription.

  2. In the Action Group column, click on the required Action Group from the drop‑down.

  3. Assign the Action Group to the relevant user.

  4. Ask the user to restart the application.
